Reports have claimed Arsenal have joined Everton in the race for Sampdoria star Lucas Torreira, and have already made contact about a possible summer transfer deal. Ramsey ’s current deal is due to expire at the end of next season and the Wales international is seeking a substantial pay rise on his current terms. The 27-year-old currently earns £110,000-a-week but is seeking a huge improvement on that following Arsenal’s January dealings.
