Arsenal Are Interested in Signing Nadiem Amiri As Ramsey's Replacement.

The January transfer window is still a month away from being opened but clubs in the Premier League appear to have lined up their target for the window.

According to emerging reports, Arsenal and Tottenham have signified interest in Germany and Hoffenheim attacking midfielder Nadiem Amiri.

Amiri joined 1899 Hoffenheim in 2012 from from Waldhof Mannheim – he was highly rated before his move at that time but his growth has been stagnated as he has been unable to get into the first team of Julian Nagelsmann. He still recovering from a foot injury and that has been his major undoing this term.

However, Bild has reported that Arsenal and Tottenham have signified interest in the attacking midfielder, along with Bundesliga side Schalke. He is valued at £15million, a fee which is reasonable considering the inflation in the market.Arsenal are said to be in the market for a player that would join in the stead of Aaron Ramsey and they are hoping that their relationship with Hoffenheim will prove vital to the move for the rising star. Reiss Nelson is currently on loan at Hoffenheim, and the German club may just want to repay the favour to the Gunners.

Though Arsenal are not the only interested club but due to the relationship they have with his team might actually help in securing his signature.
