Arsenal vs Brentford Match review.

Arsenal was actually seeking for revenge of their first match defeat to Brentford this time around that they were able to parade almost their full squad.

The line up:

Ramsdale
Cedric White Gabriel Tierney
Saka Partey Xhaka Smith Rowe
Odegaard
Lacazette

The match started by 4pm at the emirate stadium and the boys were really up for it because they all over the pitch running with the ball and mostly against the Bees.

The Bees were very organized at the defense because Arsenal could not break their defense in the first 45 minute despite all the pressure from Arsenal in the first half.

Though, there were two different call for penalty against the Bees because there was hand ball in their 18 box on two different occasion, the funniest thing is that the ref did not even bother to check the VAR despite the call, it was really unfair.

The match went 0-0 in the first half but Arsenal was with lots of hope coming back in the second 45 minute to pull something up.

Emile Smith Rowe  continued his fine season  by firing Arsenal into the lead on the 48th minute withe the assist coming from Alexandre Lacazette, in their Premier League match against Brentford.

Early into the second-half, Smith Rowe has carried the ball into the opposition box, and with using his team-mate’s run to carve out some space, has cut across to his right before placing his effort into the far side of the net, with the goalkeeper failing to get enough on the ball to deny the effort.

Arsenal kept pushing for the second goal but nothing coming and the coach made a change but bringing in Nicolas Pepe for Rowe Smith on the 75th minute and a the second goal came through Bukayo Saka with the assist from Thomas Party on the 79th minute.

Edward Nketiah came in for Alexandre Lacazette in the 84th minute and the there was a call for offside goal from Arsenal defenders and the lines man but the ref quickly use the VAR this time around and eventually awarded a goal, that was a double standard decision.

The game ended 2-1 in favor of Arsenal.
