David Villa reveals Arsenal interest to his inner circle

There are reports from Spain that Spanish striker,David Villa could be on his way to the Emirates Stadium before the end of the day as he has revealed his interest to join Arsenal to his inner circle  ie  his close friends. Barcelona reporter Quim Domènech Puigbó confirmed this. He said; “Villa has told his inner circle that he would like to leave Barcelona and join Arsenal” Arsene Wenger has shown interest in the Spanish striker but since Barcelona are not willing to sell him,Wenger describes the deal as a dead one. But now Barcelona could be tempted to sell Villa as an improved offer has been made. If this is true,then it's going to be great news for all Gunners.

There has been some good news for Arsenal fans who wanted to see new faces arrive at the club as it has been reported in the Daily Mail the Gunners are set to complete the signing of Malaga defender Nacho Monreal. The left-back is in London putting the final touches on his move which will mark Arsene Wenger’s first signing of the transfer window, and will set the Gunners back £8.5million. The transfer was forced through following Kieran Gibbs’ injury which he picked up in the draw with Liverpool on Wednesday night Monreal, 26, is a former Malaga team-mate of Arsenal star Santi Cazorla.
