Arsenal in £20 million ‘beast’ battle, imagin Benteke in Arsenal!

Arsenal are set to be rivalled by Manchester United for the signature of Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke.
The big man is reportedly on boss Arsene Wenger’s shopping list and it seemed we had no rivals for his signature, despite seeing a bid ejected on transfer deadline day.
But now David Moyes could be set to make his own offer to take him to Old Trafford, after he watched Benteke in action for his country against Scotland on Friday night according to the Daily Star.
The big man will surely move on if we want him we may have to pay well over the odds as more interest in his services will bump the price up.

Official: Runar Alex Runarsson signs for Arsenal

Arsenal have completed a deal to sign Runar Alex Runarsson from Dijon today, as confirmed by their official website. Runarsson joined Dijon from FC Nordsjaelland, and although he started as first choice, underwhelming performances saw him lose his place to Alfred Gomis. He played 45 games for the Ligue 1 side. His signing has been championed by goalkeeping coach Inaki Cana Pavon who worked with him in Denmark, and that relationship played a key part in Arsenal’s decision to bring him in.
