Official : Arsenal Completes Multi Million Pound Deal

Arsenal have confirmed that they have agreed a multi million pounds deal with PepsiCo-owned drinks brand Gatorade. The deal according to the club is a 3 years deal according to the club. The club confirm Gatorade will be their official sports drink and sports nutrition partner for the next 3 years.
The implication of the sponsorship agreement is that Arsenal players will hence fort be using Gatorade products during training and matches and the club’s sports science department will work with sport scientist at Gatorade on specialised nutrition plans for the squad.
The agreement also gives Gatorade a range of branding and promotional rights. Although the club has not revealed the financial details of the deal, judging by previous deals, it is expected the deal will be in millions.
The official announcement is quoted below :

“As we further build our support in international territories, we know that we can help connect Gatorade with fans around the world.”

Arsenal have completed a deal to sign Runar Alex Runarsson from Dijon today, as confirmed by their official website. Runarsson joined Dijon from FC Nordsjaelland, and although he started as first choice, underwhelming performances saw him lose his place to Alfred Gomis. He played 45 games for the Ligue 1 side.
