Jack Wilshere Close To Arsenal Return

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is closing in on a return to first-team action ArsenalZone can reveal. The youngster has been taking part in training sessions recently and has been running without pain for some time, but now he is set to step-up his recovery as he hopes to make a return to the field in just over a month. He is expected to return to full training within the next few weeks and is determined to get back to playing as soon as possible.

The 20-year-old has been frustrated at watching his team from the sidelines for the past 12 months. It’s worth noting that since the last time he played for the Gunners, during their defeat to New York Red Bulls last pre-season the North London club have lost some big names including Samir Nasri, Robin van Persie and Cesc Fabregas.

If Wilshere’s recovery cotniues at it’s present speed, don’t rule him out featuring in one of the early Champions League or League Cup games.
