Stoke vs Arsenal Possible Line up

After a disappointing opening game against Sunderland last week, Arsenal will be looking to get off to winning ways when they travel to the Britannia Stadium on Sunday to face Stoke City.
A trip away to Stoke is never an easy game as they love to play the physical side of football and when they have their fans behind them you can do very little to stop them from playing their game. So I believe that

Arsene Wenger will take up the mentality of ‘if you can’t beat them, join them’ when he is selecting his starting XI.
Possible Line Up
I will explain my selections below.

Szczesny - He is by far our best keeper and I expect him to start every league game if fit.
Coquelin - He is a bit more robust than Jenkinson and is better equipped to deal with their forwards and wingers.
Mertesacker - His height is always an asset especially against a team like Stoke. His ability to read the play in front of him and to stop the danger before it manifests is essential aswell as his composure on the ball.
Vermaelen - He is a strong tackler, reads the game well, strikes fear into the opposition strikers and he is our captain. Obvious choice.
Gibbs - Tough choice between Gibbs and Santos but Gibbs is slightly more solid defensively, slightly.
Diaby - Strong player on the ball and has great technique.
Arteta - Arteta is exactly the player you need in a game like this. His vast experience with games like this will benefit us greatly.
Cazorla - Santi was brilliant in the game against Sunderland, stringing passes together, not afraid to have a long range shot and his vision is outstanding.
Gervinho - Since pre-season Gervinho looks like a new man and he showed it against Sunderland. I think he will have more to offer in this game than Walcott.
Podolski - Against Koln he was amazing in this position, his strength and finishing ability will be much needed.
Giroud - His strength on the ball is second to none, he holds up play well and can finish. I think he’ll come good in this game.
Score Prediction
I think Arsenal will win 2-0. Ladbrokes give you 8/1 odds against that happening.
They also give you 11/2 odds against Olivier Giroud scoring the first goal.
